One Life Teams · For leadership teams
Your company grew. Your team's bodies picked up the tab.
Ninety days. Your leadership team on one program, one scoreboard and one Chief Health Officer. Thirty seconds a day. The company never sees anyone's health data.
For teams of five or more. Run in English, anywhere in the world.
The real problem
Your people are not undisciplined. They are disciplined somewhere else.
Every director on your team can recite the list. Sleep, train, eat properly. Then they answer email at eleven at night, because the company has deadlines and other people watching. Their body has neither.
So it waits. Until one of them goes: a burnout, a back, a scare at a check-up, and a seat at your table is empty for three months.
This is not a knowledge problem. It is a priority problem, and on a leadership team it is shared.

What changes
Give the body a deadline and other people watching.
The failure is never the missed session. It is the three days after it.
The gym goes, so dinner goes, so bedtime goes, so the month is written off. On your own, nobody notices until January. On a team, somebody notices on day two.
That is the whole design. Each person runs their own program. The team holds the floor together.
How it works
Ninety days, four moments.
One live call with your team
Sixty minutes on Zoom. The four pillars, how the scoring works, and everyone joins the app before the call ends.
Six numbers per person
Six simple lifts. Every load, every rep and every target for the next twelve weeks is built from each person's own numbers. Gym, home or functional.
Thirty seconds a day
Their own training program on their phone, a daily check-in, and a team scoreboard that moves as people show up.
Re-test, scorecard, winner
The same six tests again. A final session reads the scorecard. The winner gets one month one-to-one with Cassio. You get a one-page team report.
The scoreboard
Four pillars. Ten points a day.
Everyone scores against their own day, not against each other's numbers. So the fifty-eight-year-old CFO who shows up every morning beats the athlete who doesn't. The team goal sits above the names, so people push the same bar before they chase each other.
| Pillar | The daily marker | Points |
|---|---|---|
| Movement | Training Their session, or a twenty-minute walk on a rest day | 2 |
| Movement | Steps 8,000 is the floor | 2 |
| Real Food | Breakfast Real food, protein first | 2 |
| Sleep | Sleep Seven hours in bed | 2 |
| Stress | Morning light Ten minutes outside, soon after waking | 1 |
| Checked in For showing up and being honest | 1 |
Energy is logged every day and never scored. Score how people feel and they learn to lie about it. It goes in the Day 90 report instead, as the before and after line.
The person behind it
A Chief Health Officer in your team's pocket.
A machine will hand anyone a decent program for free. It still cannot notice on a Tuesday that someone's sleep has dropped four days in a row, or answer the question they would never ask in a meeting.
- Questions inside the app, answered within 48 hours. Travel, food, a sore knee, a stalled lift.
- Team questions help everyone. Most questions are someone else's too.
- Personal ones go privately. Only Cassio sees them.
Privacy
You see the team. Never a person.
- Teammates see points, streaks and ticks. Never a weight, sleep hours or what anyone ate.
- The phone never sends those numbers at all. Only which band the person landed in.
- The company gets team totals. Nothing about any individual, ever.
- Each company sees only its own team.
This is also why people log honestly. Nobody is performing for their manager.
What we promise
Nothing. We measure instead.
Nobody can promise what a body will do, so we don't. There are six tested numbers on day one, the same six on day ninety, and how people feel every day in between. The report is the proof, and you read it yourself.

Who runs it
Cassio Oliveira
Fractional Chief Health Officer for founders and executives. Fifteen years working with high performers across eight countries. Runs three businesses of his own, so the calendar your team is fighting is one he knows.
The method is four pillars: Movement, Real Food, Sleep, Stress. There are four hundred things your team could do. We have four.
Questions
Before you book.
How much time does it take?
Thirty seconds a day for the check-in. Training is two, three or four sessions a week, each person chooses on day one. Plus the kickoff and the final session, an hour each.
Do people need a gym?
No. Each person picks gym, home or functional. Same sets, same reps, same standard. Only the equipment changes.
What does it cost?
It is priced per seat, for teams of five or more. The price is on the call, along with whether this is the right fit for your team at all.
What if someone has an injury or a health condition?
The test week starts each person where they actually are. Anything specific goes to Cassio privately in the app. This is a training and habits program, not medical care, and anyone under a doctor's care should keep their doctor in the loop.
What does the company see?
Team totals: check-in rate, points, the average energy line. Never an individual.
What language is it in?
English, for now.
Fifteen minutes. Tell me about your team.
Who is on it, what the last year cost them, and whether ninety days on one scoreboard is the right move. A straight answer either way.
